Early Beginnings –
IMSF, initially known as the ‘Indian Martial Arts Sports Academy,’ was founded by Sensel Pravin Patil in 2003. He is currently the Founder, President, and Chief Director of the Federation, which has evolved into the ‘Indian Martial Arts Shito-Ryu Federation.
Professional Journey –
Sensel Pravin Patil embarked on his professional training career in Tai kwon Do and Chow kwon over a decade and a half ago. In 2003, he established his own institute, pioneering the exploration of a new era of karate. Within a short period, his innovative approach gained popularity in Navi Mumbai and various Martial Arts Committees.
Growth and Recognition –
Today, IMSF stands as a prominent Independent Martial Arts federation in India, Nepal, and Bhutan. With successful affiliations and partnerships, the Federation has expanded its branches across different states in India and Nepal.
